Every product that we make is manufactured right here in Asheville, North Carolina, in the Southern Appalachian Mountains. Using local craftspeople led by Master Craftsman Lang Hornthal, we successfully compete with companies that manufacture overseas. Drayton Log Furniture is today the culmination of a dream with beginnings in 1996. Master Craftsman Lang Hornthal has operated his facility since 1993. Our People

While our customers are the lifeblood of our company, it is our employees who are the heart of it. Our craftspeople love creating heirlooms from beautiful wood. While we specialize in Southern yellow pine we also work in other woods upon special request. If you can provide a picture or drawing our special craftsmen can make it!

Our Quality

We buy and use only the very finest materials available. Southern yellow pine logs, harvested in North America, are shipped to us kiln dried to be converted into that outstanding rustic log look you desire. That cozy cabin, rustic feel and look is achieved by starting with the warm Southern Yellow Pine. Our rustic furniture is ideal for the Western Cowboy look and feel as well as the cozy and inviting mountain cabin look and feel. All our joints are doweled, glued and fastened by hand.
